After multiple contractors came out to inspect shingle damage from a tornado and a prior companies poor install Brookens went above and beyond. They have reached back to fight with the Insurance Company (Thanks for nothing American Family) to try and cover the full roof not just half since damage has took place on both sides. Craftsmanship looks good, went fast (ranch house) and the attention to not leave any traces behind went a long way. Will reach out in the future if another home needs their services.

I got introduced to Chuck at Brookens after we had hail damage to our home. He was very thorough and professional with no sales pressure whatsoever.

After researching several other providers and doing my own due diligence for redoing my entire roofing system and gutters, I decided to go with Brookens. They are a local company based in Wisconsin and I wanted the reassurance of working with someone locally as I had heard horror stories from others who went with national firms that were nowhere the be found when issues came up post project completion.

After getting many roofing samples and completed projects to go look at from Chuck, I was introduced to a project manager named Rob. Rob and Chuck both have great customer service with attention to detail and addressed all concerns up front.

Then I met Leo who was head of the install crew and he was amazing! He was also on the job site all day and really did great work in being proactive! He was always making sure we had minimum issues and maximum results! The end result was amazing!! I’ll try to attach a picture here as well. Thanks Brookens!! Highly recommend!!

11/06/2024 - it was a couple months ago that was seeing several houses a block from ours getting their roofs replaced. They shared with me who to reach out to and it was Darrin Jenkins from Brookens Construction. Darrin was top notch with how he did the assessment of our roof and needing to get replaced. There was substantial damage and he was very thorough with the documentation that let us to get the roof replaced along with our gutters and downspouts.

John Dohrn was the GM from Brookens the day of work. Like Darrin our experience with John was phenomenal. He was very thorough with me on the walk through and assured top level service with the work that was being done (which it was!).

An extremely quick response from Drew and Cody regarding a small piece of facia the wind blew off. Drew responded to my call within 30 mins and Cody completed the fix the next day! Both Drew and Cody were very thoughtful and professional. I’m not surprised as my entire process with Aaron and Brookens roofing was excellent 3 years ago. This company is top notch! Crushed Expectations! I used Brookens for some soffit/fascia repair work in Stoughton, WI. We acquired 3 bids and Brookens was over $1,000 lower than the other two. When they did the work they were very communicative on scheduling, arrival, and provided a completion report with some suggested repairs. They even went over and above and fixed a couple of items nearby and did not request added money. From my first experience with them I can see why they have nearly 700 nearly 5 star google reviews. I will use them again. It will be on Brookens to maintain the level of service I received this time though as they set the bar very high!!

From the beginning Alex Grahn was great to work with and was very familiar with the insurance process and was able to thoroughly document the hail damage on my roof to get my previously denied claim fully approved. On production day I was very happy with the communication from the project manager Phil. The crew worked 13+ hours and into the dark to finish my roof in one day. While I was happy with it only taking a day, the work seemed a bit rushed. They left quite a mess for me to clean up which was probably a trade off of them working into the dark and there were several issues that needed to be addressed via subsequent visits, including sealing over one of my bathroom vents, short cut shingles, wrinkled underlayment, buckled shingles. All issues were subsequently addressed and fixed, but I was not super impressed by the initial quality of the work. They definitely stood by their work and fixed everything but makes me wonder about what I didn't see. Despite having some issues, overall I would recommend them because they seem like very honest people and are willing to make it right.

Great job on the roof! We couldn’t be happier. We did find some nails in the driveway afterward, but we were just extra cautious for a few days and swept every day. The roof looks fantastic, and the crew was incredibly friendly and fast. Speaking of speed—wow! They showed up exactly at 7:00 AM, just as promised, and within 10 minutes, they had already removed a huge portion of the roof. By 3:00 PM, I received a call from our project manager letting me know it was done. The crew stayed onsite until about 6:00 PM to clean up, and it looks like they were never even here. They clearly have this down to a well-oiled system.

From the start, Brookens helped me through my insurance claim, which was initially denied. After three additional inspections, it was still denied, but I stayed in the fight with them. We got attorneys involved, and in the end, we won. They even helped us win our siding claim after notifying us of siding damage as well.

Brookens was amazing to work with for our roof from start to finish. Ernesto and the crew who installed the roof did amazing work and clean up. I would recommend Brookens to anyone needing a new roof!

These guys did a great job and cleaned up afterwords was great too. There was an issue with the siding and they fixed it right away. Even came back a couple days later to pai t a 2nd layer just to make sure it looks good. The skylight company was quick and efficient, everything looks great. The new dome is even brighter now. Super Happy with the final results.

super quick team and communication was on point! from the initial call to the roof construction, we were helped a long the way to work with our insurance budget and to guide through the process. i also appreciate that even tho they knew what insurance had paid out, they still wanted to help with making sure it was the best deal for everyone included. very happy so far and have already recommended.
